Account Registration and Eligibility

When you register with LuckyBoom Casino, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information. We require that deposits be made from an account, payment system or card registered in your own name. Our account currencies include EUR, CAD and NOK, and we allow an account to hold several currencies at once, with balances and transactions shown in the currency of each transaction. Deposits and Withdrawals

Our minimum deposit is 20 EUR or the equivalent in another currency, and deposits below this minimum will not be credited to your account. Our minimum withdrawal is 40 EUR or the equivalent, though on account closure we allow the full balance to be withdrawn regardless of this minimum. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies, while cash and cheques are not accepted. Please note that cryptocurrencies are treated as a separate rail at Lucky Boom Casino: a fiat deposit cannot be withdrawn in cryptocurrency, and a cryptocurrency deposit cannot be withdrawn in fiat.

Withdrawal Limits

We apply withdrawal limits of 1,000 EUR per day, 4,000 EUR per week and 10,000 EUR per month. Non-jackpot winnings are capped at 50,000 EUR per month, split over 20,000 EUR per week, and wins above 100,000 EUR may be split into monthly instalments until paid in full. These limits rise with your VIP level and total deposits, and we set VIP limits individually. We require that deposited funds be played through at least three times before a withdrawal becomes possible.

Verification and KYC

We require KYC to be completed in your account before any withdrawal is processed, and we may check identity and source of funds before any payout. We approve or deny a withdrawal attempt within 2 days. We may ask for a picture ID, a recent utility bill, a selfie and a verification call, and we may repeat verification at any time during the life of your account, including on deposits. If you supply false personal data, we will deny the withdrawal and may cancel your account. If we cannot reach you or you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will lock your account and cancel the withdrawal.

Requesting a withdrawal of your real balance while a bonus is active forfeits the bonus and the whole bonus balance. Cancelling a bonus manually before wagering is met forfeits the bonus funds and all progress. We classify a single bet, spin or round above 10% of the bonus amount as bonus abuse, as we do VPN use, IP masking, two-tier betting, multiple or proxy accounts and minimal-risk betting.

VPN and Fraud Prevention

We do not permit the use of a VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates your real location. We classify VPN use as fraudulent activity, and we block accounts found in violation, forfeiting all balances including deposits and winnings without prior notice. We also treat VPN use or IP masking as bonus abuse under our promotional terms.
